Message from the Dean

Welcome to the School of Pharmacy. On behalf of the School I would like to thank you for your interest in the pharmacy programs offered by the Lebanese American University. Please know that we are committed to provide you with an excellent education and make your stay and experience at LAU most rewarding and beneficial, and at the same time an enjoyable one. We take pride in being a leader in pharmacy education in Lebanon and the region. We constantly strive to maintain our leadership role and serve our students and alumni and the pharmacists at large.

The Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) program is the only ACPE-accredited program outside the United States and the only full institutional member in the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy outside the US. LAU Pharm.D graduates have maintained a 100% passing rate in the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX). Passing this examination entitles graduates to practice pharmacy in the US.
