Lecture of February 7, 2008
On February 7, 2008, the School of Pharmacy Alumni Chapter organized a lecture as part of its professional development program, entitled: “Primary Prevention in cervical cancer” that was presented by LAU Pharmacy graduate Mr. Ghassan Khoury (class 99), senior franchise manager at Merck Sharp and Dohme (MSD) - Lebanon. The lecture took place at the Beirut campus and was followed by a reception. LAU pharmacy graduates from different classes were present and it was a chance to meet friends and colleagues again and to benefit from a nice scientific topic at the same time. Once more, the School of Pharmacy Alumni Chapter assures its commitment towards all pharmacy graduates by working on networking and keeping all possible contacts and relations for the benefit of everyone whether on the social or professional scale. For the board of the chapter this isn’t but an ice-breaking activity, promising all friends many more events that can only be realized with their cooperation and participation.
