Vincent Petrini-Poli is a professor and international consultant based in Chicago (USA). He earned his M.S. degree from the University of Paris, France and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University in Chicago. He worked as operations executive with Beatrice Foods Co. in Europe, as a consultant to Campbell Soup Co. in Latin America, and to Vitro Corporation in Mexico, the Philippines and Taiwan.

Vincent is a senior faculty member at the Keller Graduate School of Management where he teaches International Business Strategies, Business Planning Seminar, and Managerial Decision Making.

Vincent is also a professor at Dominican University where he regularly instructs International Marketing and Strategic Management.

Vincent speaks six languages: English, French, German, Italian and Russian.

Recently, Vincent addressed business leaders with Dun & Bradstreet in the United States and Canada.

Roger C. Morin is President of Morin & Associates, Inc., America's leading training and consulting firm for the financial services industry. Roger has many years of business experience that includes community as well as international banking.

Roger provides a wide range of service industry experience for workshop participants.

A former international banker for the First National Bank of Chicago, and former Director of Human Resources for a multi branch community bank, Roger also was Director of Human Resources & Security for Marriott Hotels and Resorts, and Regional Human Resources Manager for Burlington Air Express.

Roger has provided supervisory skills workshops, quality improvement seminars and team building events for hundreds of executives and bankers in the United States and Lebanon.

Roger has presented M&A financial services workshops for numerous chapters of the American Institute of Banking (now CFT) including Southeastern New England, Washington, D.C., Wisconsin , and Rocky Mountain chapters; the Community Bankers Associations in Illinois, Georgia, Louisiana, Indiana, New England and Kentucky; the Virginia Association of Community Bankers, Missouri League of Community Bankers, Wisconsin League of Financial Institutions, Independent Bankers of New York State and Texas and the Michigan Bankers Association.
He has conducted in-bank workshops in Colorado, Illinois, Louisiana, Missouri, and Texas.

A senior faculty member at The Keller Graduate School of Management MBA program in Chicago, Roger teaches Leadership & Organizational Behavior, Strategic Staffing, and Training & Development.
