Vincent Petrini-Poli is an international consultant based in Chicago, USA. He earned his M.S. degree from the University of Paris, France and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University in Chicago. He worked as operations executive with Beatrice Foods Co. in Europe, as a consultant to Campbell Soup Co. in Latin America, and to Vitro Corporation in Mexico, the Philippines and Taiwan.

Vincent is also a Senior Faculty at the Keller Graduate School of Management where he teaches International Business Strategies, Business Planning Seminar, and Managerial Decision Making.

Vincent speaks five languages: English, French, German, Italian, and Russian.

Recently, Vincent addressed business leaders with Dun & Bradstreet in the United States and Canada.

Julian Roche graduated with a first class degree from Oxford University in 1981. Julian has developed risk management expertise through working for the London Commodity Exchange on a range of derivative contracts. In 1991 he set up his own consultancy with a range of clients, including banks, information vendors and chartered surveyors.

He has been working worldwide as a consultant, advising global banks and government agencies on aspects of investment, valuation and restructuring, and risk management issues. He has also published a number of books, including one on real estate derivatives and several on commodities.

He regularly presents seminars on a range of financial topics, with a particular interest in valuation, buyouts, leasing, investment and PPP/project finance topics. He has also presented finance and risk management seminars to investment bankers, government agencies, and other financial organizations worldwide.
