Each day when you walk into your organization, you face the challenge of interacting effectively with many personality types. One person may seem to be worried/skeptical, another enthusiastic, and a third person is openly challenging you. How you understand and relate to each person you work with affects sales, productivity, and profitability.

In order to lead individuals, you must get to know her/his personality “type” and how to communicate in ways that appeal to her/his natural “built-in” priorities, values, and needs. But how do you do this as manager
