Meeting Organized by Software Institute and Professional Computer Association on
“Development of Clusters in the Lebanese Software Industry”

We are pleased to announce that a French delegation composed of members from the NET*, the Datar** and consultants from the European community will be visiting Lebanon. Their aim is to assist the ICT companies in Lebanon to operate within a “networked framework” and to cluster with French and European counterparts.

To prepare for their visit, the Professional Computer Association and the Software Institute would like to invite you to attend a workshop aiming to introduce the concept of clusters.

Date and time: Monday March 25, between 4:00 and 6:00 PM.

Place: Lebanese American University, Beirut, Kreitem, Irwin Hall Conference Room.

* Net: Is an association of 41 companies specialized in the multimedia, based in the Sentier Paris. Their objective is to develop the cluster within their network of companies and to extend it to a partnership with Lebanon. They are financed by the Datar, the Caisse des depots and the Mairie de Paris.
