Invitation cards, cap & gown
Dear graduating student,
You will only be allowed to pick up the cards and the cap & gown after you submit the Commencement Form to the Registrar’s office to notify us of your intention to march in the commencement and fill out the Exit Survey.
N.B.: You must come in person and you need to present your VALID LAU ID card

Place: Student Services Office (near the Student Lounge)
Cap & gown for graduating students:
Date: From June 26 until July 3
Time: From 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Place: Science Bldg. room 403
Cap, gown & hoods for faculty members:
Date: June 26 until July 3
Time: 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
