In light of LAU’s commitment to keep providing needed services to its constituents without jeopardizing the safety and well-being of its employees, the University has decided to operate its offices on a reduced work schedule basis. Services needed from the offices of the Registrar, Admissions, Business, Human Resources, and all other service offices, will be provided on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon. Employees in other university offices are not required to report to work unless specifically requested to do so by their supervisors.
The President’s Cabinet will continue to meet on daily basis. The Council of Deans will continue its regular meetings. As for the University Executive Council, it will continue to meet whenever the need arises.
Classes will resume as soon as the situation in the country permits.
This schedule will be updated daily and changes to this emergency mode of operation will be posted on this website.
