The Lebanese American University invites applications for part-time faculty positions in the field of Food Science/Nutrition effective Spring 2013. The prospective candidate must hold an M.S. or a Ph.D. degree in Food Science or Nutrition from a recognized university and be qualified to teach “Industrial Food Production”. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in teaching in the same field.

The Department of Natural Sciences is one of the seven departments of the School of Arts and Sciences. The department offers a B.Sc. degree in Biology, Chemistry and Nutrition and an M.Sc. in Molecular Biology.
