The Lebanese American University invites applicants for part-time position at the level of Instructor/Assistant/Associate Professor in Food Science/Nutrition effective Fall 2014. The prospective candidate must hold an M.S. or a Ph.D. degree in Food Science, Nutrition or Organic Chemistry from a recognized university and be qualified to teach “Food Analysis”. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in teaching courses in the same field.
