The Department of Natural Sciences in the School of Arts and Sciences at the Lebanese American University invites applicants for a part-time faculty position in Physics. The department is seeking a qualified and motivated candidate who is committed to innovative teaching. Candidates must hold an MS or PhD degree in physics or a related field from a reputable institution. The successful candidate will teach physics courses and/or physics labs at the undergraduate level in either the Beirut or the Byblos campuses. Priority is given to candidates with a previous experience in teaching at the undergraduate level, but all candidates are encouraged to apply.

The Department of Natural Sciences (http://sas.lau.edu.lb/natural-sciences/) is one of the seven departments of the School of Arts and Sciences (http://sas.lau.edu.lb/) at LAU. It offers a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology, a B.S. in Chemistry, a B.S. in Nutrition, and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Molecular Biology.
