Position Summary
The Department of Education in the School of Arts and Sciences at the Lebanese American University (LAU) invites applicants for a part-time position at the part-time instructor rank. The department is interested in applicants with expertise in volleyball.
Minimum Requirements
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education
- A National/International Certification in volleyball
- Relevant university teaching experience (minimum 3 – 5 years)
- Relevant current or former playing experience
Responsibilities
- Teaching volleyball courses as part of the university’s physical education requirements
The Department
The Department of Education consists of 8 full-time faculty and a number of part-time faculty. The Department of Education is dedicated to excellence in teaching and research, and is committed to student-centeredness and to serving the community.
