The Department of Civil Engineering at the School of Engineering and Architecture (located in Byblos, Lebanon) invites applicants for part-time teaching positions in Civil Engineering effective October 2008. Candidates are preferred to have an earned Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable University. However, holders of a Masters degree with extensive professional experience may be considered. Currently, the department is in need of part-time teaching faculty who are well experienced in the following courses

  1. CIE 321 Fluid Mechanics-LAB (1 credit, possibly 2 sections)
  2. CIE 425 Environmental Engineering I- LAB (1 credit, possibly 2 sections)
  3. CIE 461 Transportation Engineering – Soft (1 credit, possibly 2 sections)
  4. CIE 761 Traffic Engineering (3 credits)
