The Department of Architecture and Design at the School of Engineering and Architecture (located in Beirut, Lebanon) invites applicants for a Part-Time faculty position for Fall 2008-09. (duration of position: one semester) The candidate should be able to teach Design Studios on Foundation Program. The Foundation Program is a program common to majors in Architecture, Interior Design & Graphic Design. Teaching experience in Foundation is requiered. Candidates should hold a masters degree or equivalent in Fine Arts, Architecture, Interior Design or Graphics Design and should be able to teach this course in its multi-disciplinary scope. The History of design covers design developments in all fields (Architecture, Interior Design & Graphic Design, Furniture and Product Design) from the Nineteenth to the Twentieth century.
