Full-Time Faculty Position, Family Medicine

The Gilbert and Rose-Marie Chagoury School of Medicine at the Lebanese American University is seeking board certified/eligible family physicians to join the full-time faculty. This appointment will be in the Clinical Scholar Pathway at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, commensurate with experience. The selected candidates will join a small yet highly active family medicine staff physicians leading and developing a young program in the making. The position requires clinical focus and experience in the areas of general family medicine, preventive medicine, as well as maternity care, administrative leadership, and teaching. Priority will be given to applicants who have experience providing family medicine clinical services in an academic setting.

Our existing faculty actively participates in teaching in both residency and medical student education programs. The University is especially interested in candidates who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of the academic community through their teaching, scholarship and/or service.
