Branding & Marking Assistant for the Outreach & Civic Engagement (Part-time position)

The Outreach and Civic Engagement Office has a vacancy for a Branding & Marking Assistant (part-time position). The position is based in Beirut Campus, but periodic commuting to Byblos Campus is required.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Creates branding strategies for the University Scholarship Program funded by the USAID
- Follows thoroughly the branding rules and regulations of the USAID
- Develops infographics and videos about the USP program
- Helps promoting the USP program and all its activities and events
- Coordinates with various media outlets to brand and expose the USP events
- Provides detailed reporting about all USP activities and events
- Coordinates with the USP Social Media Specialist
- Performs other related duties as and when required
- Reports to the Assistant Vice President of Outreach and Civic Engagement
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
- BA/BS from a renowned university. A Master’s degree is a plus
- Work experience in a similar position for 2 years or more
- Proven working experience in branding, marking, marketing, or related field
- Professional experience in photography, graphic design, and video editing
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Arabic
- Knowledge of the American system of education; Knowledge of other systems is a plus
- Must be a proactive team player who takes initiatives
