IT Support Assistant (Part-time Position)

The IT Department - Byblos Campus is currently looking for a Support Assistant Assistant (part-time position).

Job Description:

The IT Support Assistant’s duties include:

• Troubleshooting end users’ PC problems.
• Troubleshooting printers and scanners problems.
• Formatting PCs.
• Assisting end users working on both Windows and Macintosh platforms with common desktop applications; this includes Email (Webmail, MS Outlook, Mail, and Entourage), Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Antivirus and other general University applications.
• Hardware and Software installation.
• Maintaining and updating the hardware inventory.
• Following up on computer hardware maintenance with the suppliers.
• Other administrative and miscellaneous tasks as requested by the supervisor.   

Qualifications:

• BA/BS from a renowned university
