Office Clerk – Byblos Campus

The Auxiliary Service Department is looking for an Auxiliary Service Clerk to be responsible for providing logistics support to the Auxiliary Service, to be located in Byblos campus.
Main duties & responsibilities
- Enter data in the system.
- Coordinate/arrange transportation requests for students, faculty & staff.
- Coordinate with university drivers.
- Locate nearby available housing.
- Establish and maintain a property listing database.
- Assist and replace other staff, upon request.
- Perform other duties pertinent to the position as requested.
Minimum qualifications & skills
- Holder of a High School Diploma
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Good English and Arabic written & oral skills
- Good computer skills
- Good communicator and well-rounded personality
