The Business Office is looking for an Office Clerk to be located in Byblos campus.
Main duties & Responsibilities:
- Supports office operations by performing external functions relating to its business
- Performs various internal office duties of repetitive administrative nature, such as data entry, filing, preparing lists or reports, etc…
- Handles cash payment, collection or transition diligently; maintains records of his work keeping adequate track of all performed operations
- Handles extra functions related to
- Ministries of Finance, Labor, Education…
- Embassies - NSSF - General Security…
- Maintains the University facilities provided to him
- Performs other duties pertinent to the position as requested
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
- A.A. / T.S. degree or equivalent
- 2 – 4 years of Office or similar Administrative work
- Market & Trade knowledge
- Acceptable English and Arabic written & oral skills
- Good computer skills
- Good communicator and well-rounded personality
