Program Coordinator (Part-time Position)

The Continuing Education Program (CEP) office (Beirut Campus) is currently searching for a program coordinator to help in managing Professional Qualification programs.
Functions & Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales calls on prospects for CEP programs
- Support the Director on Professional Qualification programs
- Schedule classes and set up calendars for the courses to be offered each semester
- Communicate with trainers to confirm their participation, prepare class materials and update them with information related to CEP policies and procedures.
- Report enrollment numbers to the CEP Management
- Maintain and manage the databases of the unit
- Update inventory list for Professional Qualification Program materials
- Prepare Purchase Requisition for study materials
- Research on information related to the exams, and application procedure to share on regular basis with the students.
- Prepare trainer contracts for the Director to review and sign
- Manage all website announcements, layout and make sure all information is up to date.
- Coordinate on announcements with the Social media coordinator and the webmaster.
- Work on arranging for the required material to be distributed to the students, class set up and management of the student employment status staff
Desired Qualifications and Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree from a renowned university
- 2-3 years of Marketing & Sales experience
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills in English and Arabic
- Project Management Skills
- Strong interpersonal, relations and leadership skills
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with diverse teams
