Renovation Project Manager (RPM) – (Part-time Position)

The Planning and Renovations Office is looking for a Renovation Project Manager (part-time position) to be located in Beirut campus.
Summary:
This position has responsibility for the Execution Management of renovation projects for Beirut Campus. The RPM reports to the Senior Architect in charge of Renovation Projects and to the Executive Director of Planning & Renovations.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manages the execution of multiple renovation or maintenance projects to meet program requirements, budget and time constraints
- Provides assurance of successful execution of projects and compliance with project specifications. Supervises the on-site foremen
- Coordinates projects with all impacted stakeholders
- Maintains close working relationship and good communications with the user group for each project
- Receives files, drawings and specifications for all projects
- Prepares all technical reports, relevant documentations, and presentations for obtaining appropriate approvals
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in Engineering or Architecture
- Ten years of work related experience
- Excellent project management, organizational and English reporting skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Computer literacy and ability to read and understand architectural & engineering plans and specifications
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Superior communication skills
- Proficiency with office automation tools and facilities management systems
