Student Recruitment Officer (Part-time position)

Role Summary

The Student Recruitment officer will be in charge of the LAU office in Saida on Fridays and Saturdays. He/She will act as an LAU representative and a contact person who will serve as a liaison between LAU and Southern Lebanon.

Job Description/main responsibilities:

• Represent LAU in the area.
• Act as a liaison between LAU and prospective students and parents.
• Assist students with their admission and financial aid applications.
• Handle phone inquiries.
• Collect applications and documents to send them to the respective LAU offices.
• Follow-up with applicants and make sure their applications are complete.
• Arrange campus visits/appointments for students and parents if necessary.
• Report to the Executive Director of Student Recruitment

Minimum qualifications:

• A Bachelor degree
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong organization skills
• Good command of English and Arabic
• Service excellence and customer focus
• Ability to work under pressure
