in association with the Middle East Chapter of the Middle East Economic Association
(MEEA) is holding its 5th international conference on the Economics and Finance
of the Middle East and North Africa on May 29-30, 2003, in Byblos, Lebanon.
Papers in all areas of economics and finance with applications to the Middle

Deadline for submission: March 15, 2003.
Notification of acceptance: April 1, 2003.
Papers presented to the conference may be submitted for consideration
for publication in the internationally refereed journal Review of Middle-East
Economics and Finance, published by Taylor
and Francis. Partial funding for travel and accommodation for the conference
