CALL FOR PAPERS

    he Open Forum sessions will feature prominent scholars and professionals dealing with cultural/historic preservation matters. The workshops will be open to conferees who would like to present papers on the sub-themes outlined above. Papers will be selected by a scientific committee after review of the abstracts. We encourage abstracts that represent different points of view regarding this theme, and its various sub-themes.

Please submit your abstract in addition to a cover letter with your name, affiliation, address, telephone / fax / e-mail, and title of the paper you wish to present. Your abstract should be on a separate sheet, with the paper title, and without any name identification. The principal languages of the conference are English and French. However, papers in Arabic and Spanish will also be accommodated. Simultaneous translation during the conference may be provided, when needed.

Abstracts are due no later than October 31, 2000. A brochure will be provided with details of the final program. Abstracts may be submitted by mail, email, or fax to the following address:
