Statistics

The Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL), a division of the American Library Association (ALA), is a professional association of academic librarians and other interested individuals. It is dedicated to enhancing the ability of the academic library and information professionals to serve the needs of the higher education community and to improving learning, teaching, and research.
 
The ACRL Statistics describes the collections, expenditures, staffing, and service activities of libraries.  The ACLR Statistics are organized around 7 topics: (1) library information, (2) volumes, (3) other collections, (4) expenditures, (5) personnel and public services, (6) public services and local characteristics, and (7) networked resources. 
 
The Lebanese American University ACRL Statistics is published annually.
