This site is written in Transitional XHTML (Strict when possible) and CSS 2. Browsers that are not compatible with these standards will display the contents in their entirety, but not the visual layout. Scripting (Javascript) is used sparingly and should not affect access to the information.
We provide two RSS 2.0 feeds, one containing announcements and the other containing the latest updates to this site.
