LAU Webmail

New email system for alumni and former students

We’re moving all the email accounts of alumni and former students to www.outlook.com. You’ll need to switch your own account as indicated below.

The old email accounts are no longer accessible, but incoming messages will be forwarded to your new account. Make sure to switch in order to regain access to your email.

Switch your account

  1. Log in to https://iam.lau.edu.lb/firstlogon with your current email username and password.
  2. Change your password to a new one. Make it complex: Use 8–16 characters, and include at least 1 letter, 1 number and 1 special character. For example: mynewpwd1234#.
  3. Fill in three questions and answers of your choice. Remember these answers in order to reset your password by yourself, if you need so in the future.
  4. Agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. Go to www.outlook.com and log on with your entire new email address as username (username@lau.edu) and your new password.

See screenshots for all the steps (PDF)

If necessary, import your old email to the new system.
