Joseph Hage, LAU Byblos Library acting director, participated in the Leadership Institute for Academic Librarians Aug. 2-7, an intensive program at Harvard University aimed at increasing leadership and management capacity in response to the challenges and quick changes facing academic libraries. Co-organized by the Harvard Graduate School of Education and the Association of College and Research Libraries (a division of the American Library Association), the program attracted 72 participants mostly from renowned U.S. universities.
