Job Shadowing
Job shadowing is an experiential learning opportunity that allows LAU students to gain firsthand exposure to a professional work environment by observing a professional during a typical workday. It allows students to learn about different roles and responsibilities, as well as workplace practices and career paths related to their areas of interest.
Through job shadowing, students connect their academic experience with professional applications, develop a better understanding of potential career options, and gain insights that can inform decisions about their major, career path, and future professional goals.

Job Shadowing Timelines
- Winter Sessions: The second week of January 2027.
- Summer Sessions: June, July, and August 2027.
Who Should Apply
The program is open to LAU undergraduate students, with priority given to freshmen and sophomores. It is particularly suitable for students who are:
- Exploring their majors and potential career paths
- Interested in gaining a better understanding of different industries and professions
- Undecided about their major or future career direction and looking to explore their options
- Curious about what it is like to work in a specific profession or organization
- Looking to start building their resumes through meaningful career exploration and workplace exposure

My visit to Masterpak–INDEVCO was insightful and engaging. I gained exposure to both the technical and production sides of the company, which gave me a clearer understanding of industry roles and the skills they require.
