Protection Supervisor - Byblos Campus

The Protection Department is currently looking for a Protection Supervisor for its Byblos campus who will be mainly responsible for supervising the work of the Security Guards and monitoring their work schedule.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor the work of subordinates through direct supervision; conduct drop spot checkings.
- Assist in supervising Security Guards during University activities.
- Review all daily reports submitted by Security Guards and submit detailed daily report to the Director of Protection.
- Assist in preparing work schedules for Security Guards.
- Assist the Director in supervising the operation of the parking lot.
- Responsible for the operation of the Lost & Found desk.
- Participate in evaluating the performance of subordinates.
- Take necessary measures in case of emergency as required (fire, flood, …).
- Perform other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
- Holder of a BS degree, or Technical School Diploma with additional years of experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the protection and security field
- Good English and computer skills
- Physically fit, and tolerate working under pressure
- Ability to lead and supervise
