National day of mourning tomorrow
Dear members of our LAU community,
Following today’s tragic events and in line with the directives of the government calling for a national day of mourning tomorrow, LAU will be closed on Friday, October 15, 2021.
All university operations, classes, and exams (in person or online delivery) are suspended. Make-up classes and exams will be scheduled for a later day.
Normal operations will resume on Tuesday, October 19, 2021.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to all those affected so tragically by these sad events.
