Full-time Faculty- Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Medical Education, Technology and Innovation

The Gilbert and Rose-Marie Chagoury School of Medicine at the Lebanese American University is seeking a full-time faculty member, open academic rank, to lead the integration of technology, innovation, and research into medical education. A PhD (or equivalent doctoral credential) in medical education, educational technology, learning sciences, or a related field is preferred.

This position works in close partnership with the Assistant Dean for Medical Education, who oversees curriculum. The successful candidate will instead focus on advancing how education is delivered and studied: bringing AI-enabled tools, simulation, and emerging educational technologies into the learning environment, leading scholarly research in medical education, and building faculty development programs that equip colleagues across the school to teach more effectively in a changing landscape.

We’re looking for someone who wants to shape the applied and research side of medical education, strengthening and modernizing our curriculum.
