The School of Nursing at the Lebanese American University (LAU) invites applicants for several part-time faculty positions to support the delivery of the nursing practicum courses that are offered to second year nursing students and third year students.
Candidates must have a Masters’ degree in nursing, preferable adult care or critical care specialty, documented ongoing and/or recent teaching and clinical practice in a hospital setting. Candidates must demonstrate their willingness to support the school’s educational mission, vision, values and goals. They must also have the following attributes: mastery of spoken and written English, professional attitude, effective communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility, collegiality and cooperative abilities.
The Alice Ramez Chagoury School of nursing offers an undergraduate program leading to the B.S. in Nursing, and is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate nursing Education. Information about the School can be found at https://nursing.lau.edu.lb/
