For this round of recruitment, we are prioritizing workshop facilitators who can help students develop durable, transferable skills. The Honors Program invites educators, professionals, creatives, and practitioners to apply to facilitate workshops in one or more of the following focus areas:
- Leadership with purpose and integrity
- Time management and avoiding burnout
- Emotional intelligence and decision-making
- Work–life balance in high-pressure careers
- Resilience, mindfulness, and mental well-being
- Identity, values, and ethical leadership
- Communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution
- Navigating uncertainty and transitions
Applicants must possess the following essential qualifications:
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in relevant disciplines from a reputable institution
- Experience with teaching undergraduate students from a variety of disciplines
- Evidence of using innovative teaching methods with non-specialized audience
- Good written and verbal English communication
- Good organizational skills and ability to work in a team-based environment
