Data Analyst

The Human Resources Department is currently looking for a Data Analyst reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Human Resources (AVP HR). This is a central position that is primarily based on Beirut campus, with occasional commuting to Byblos campus.

Role Summary

The Data Analyst is mainly responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting Human Resources data to support and facilitate data-driven decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. This role involves generating reports, analyzing HR metrics, and developing dashboards to and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment, retention, performance, and employee engagement, among others.
