Graphic Designer, Advancement

The Advancement Entity / Advancement Operations Department is currently looking for a Graphic Designer, Advancement reporting to the Advancement Communications Manager. This is a central position that is primarily based on Beirut campus, with occasional commuting to Byblos campus.

Role Summary

The Graphic Designer is mainly responsible for shaping the visual identity of LAU’s Advancement communications. S/he will design and handle digital and print assets that support fundraising, alumni engagement, and campaign initiatives. From case statements and donor brochures to newsletters, coffee table books, and website content, the designer will ensure that all materials reflect LAU’s brand, values, and strategic priorities.

The designer will work closely with writers, fundraisers, and leadership across Beirut and New York to produce compelling, donor-facing content that inspires philanthropic support and deepens stakeholder engagement.

Work Schedule

This position follows a standard work schedule (Monday to Friday) with possible/ occasional attendance after hours and/or during weekends/holidays to ensure business continuity.  This role requires collaboration across multiple time zones.
