Part-Time Assistant IT Support Administrator - Byblos
The IT Support Office is currently looking for an Assistant IT Support Administrator, reporting to the Director of IT Support. This position is based on Byblos Campus.
Role Summary
The Assistant IT Support Administrator is primarily responsible for maintaining/troubleshooting Windows/Mac based PCs and all related computer accessories.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnoses and fixes user’s problems associated with any desktop application or hardware including printers, scanners, and other peripherals
- Installs and/or upgrades desktop hardware and software
- Assists end users with common desktop applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, antivirus and the like
- Formats PCs
- Perform other duties pertinent to this job as assigned
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal and written English skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Work Schedule
Winter schedule: 8:00 am – 3:30 pm OR 12:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Summer schedule: 7:30 am – 2:30 pm OR 11:00 am – 6:00 pm
