Part-Time Student Recruiter - Byblos
The Student Recruitment Office is currently looking for a Student Recruiter reporting to the Student Recruitment Manager. This position is located on the Byblos campus.Role Summary
The Student Recruiter introduces LAU to prospective students and their parents and provides information about the university.
The role includes representing LAU at school fairs, other educational events across Lebanon, and student recruitment activities on and off campus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Represents LAU at educational fairs in Lebanon as well as social and/or educational events
- Represents the student recruitment office in all events targeting high school students
- Assists in preparing and organizing campus visits for prospective students and their parents and handling the logistics
- Advises prospective students and parents and supports students throughout the enrollment process
- Engages and follows up with prospective students to support their progression from initial interest through application and enrollment
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of student recruitment activities
- Assists in training student assistants to help in student recruitment activities
- Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned by the direct supervisor
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Good presentation and interactive communication
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Skilled at relationship-building
- Strong English and Arabic verbal and written communication skills
- MS Office skills
Work Schedule
This position follows a standard work schedule (Monday to Friday), with possible/occasional attendance after hours and/or during weekends (or holidays) to ensure business continuity.
