Work Control Unit Manager - Beirut

The Facilities Management Department / Physical Plant is currently looking for a Work Control Unit Manager reporting to the Director of Physical Plant. This position is based on Beirut Campus.

Role Summary

The Work Control Unit Manager is mainly responsible for overseeing the planning, supervision, and coordination of the Work Control Unit’s (WCU) operations, ensuring service goals and service level agreement (SLA)s are met. This role manages WCU staff, helpdesk support, monitors customer satisfaction, resolves issues, and implements Physical Plant workflow controls. The manager also supports inter office processes, assists the Director in setting KPIs, and gathers data for reporting.

Work Schedule

This role follows a standard Monday–Friday work schedule. However, due to the nature of managerial responsibilities, flexibility is required. The position may occasionally require availability after regular working hours, on weekends, or on holidays to support operational needs, ensure business continuity, and meet critical deadlines.
