The School of Architecture & Design at the Lebanese American University is now accepting applications for an Adjunct Faculty position, for the academic year 2026-2027.
The successful applicant should have prior experience in teaching, specifically in courses in Illustration, Motion Graphics, Comics, Game Art, Animation, and AI automation, and should be willing to teach on both campuses (Beirut and Byblos)
Qualifications:
- A master’s degree in Graphic Design. Alternatively, candidates with a bachelor’s degree and extensive teaching experience may also be considered.
- Professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of creative work.
- A minimum of 3 years of Teaching Experience
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Duration of position
This position will open Fall 2026, which starts end of August and extends over the academic year ending in June 2027.
Note: Given that this is a part-time position, the university cannot secure the candidate a work permit, if they do not have the legal right to work in Lebanon.
