Position Summary

The Department of Computer Science and Mathematics in the School of Arts and Sciences at the Lebanese American University invites applicants for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor in Computer Science. The department is seeking highly qualified and motivated faculty members who are committed to research, innovative teaching, program development and academic advising.


Minimum Qualifications

Prospective candidates must have earned a PhD in Computer Science from a well-recognized University and have an excellent publication record with evidence of success in securing external funding.


The Department

The Department of Computer Science & Mathematics is one of the five departments of the School of Arts and Sciences at LAU. It offers a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science, a B.S. in Bioinformatics, a B.S. in Mathematics, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Applied and Computational Mathematics and an M.S. in Computer Science.
