Part-Time Instructor, Environmental Systems

The Department of Architecture & Interior Design invites applicants for a part-time position for Fall 18, to teach the following course:

INAR423 Environmental Systems [3 cr.]
This course covers the study of mechanical systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and the integration of these systems as design elements, as well as principles of lighting and electrical installations, safety codes and other regulatory standards. Issues of energy conservation and sustainable design are also introduced, with an analysis of their impact on the design of contemporary interior.

Minimum Requirements: Candidates should have minimum of a Master degree Architecture/ interior Architecture / Mechanical Engineering with specific knowledge in the field of environmental design.

Teaching experience is preferable.

Duration of position: This position will open in Fall 18 (which starts on August 28, 2018).
