Profile
The School of Architecture and Design at the Lebanese American University is currently accepting applications for a Full-Time faculty member at the Assistant/Associate Professor level in Architecture, to start in Fall 2022. The selected candidate will be appointed at the appropriate rank, depending on their teaching and research or professional experience, as well as educational degrees.
The successful applicant should have a substantial experience in architectural design and should be able to take an active role in the program. He/she should be able to teach specific architecture design studios and courses related to environmental systems and sustainability.

Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree in architecture with expertise in environmental systems, in addition to a minimum of three years teaching and professional experience in the field. A PhD or PhD in progress would be preferable.
Duration of position
This position will open in Fall 2022, which starts end of August, 2022; and is renewed on a yearly basis according to university policies relating to Full-Time faculty at this rank. This position is in the Tenure track, which is track reserved for faculty involved in research.
