Profile
The School of Architecture and Design at the Lebanese American University is currently accepting applications for a Full-Time faculty member at the Assistant/Associate Professor level in Fashion Design, to start in Fall 2022. The selected candidate will be appointed at the appropriate rank, depending on their teaching and professional experience, as well as educational degrees.
The successful applicant must possess a solid background in Fashion Design, as well as experience in design education, and should be able to take an active role in the program. In addition, he/she should be able to teach a range of Fashion Design courses and studios, from intermediate to the senior levels.

Minimum Requirements
A Bachelor Degree in Fashion Design, in addition to a minimum of three years teaching and professional experience in the field. A Master’s degree in fashion design or a closely related field would be preferable.
Duration of position
This position will open in Fall 2022, which starts end-August, 2022; and is renewed on a yearly basis according to university policies relating to Full-Time faculty at this rank. This position is in the Non-Tenure track, which is a track reserved for faculty in the professional fields.
