Profile
The School of Architecture and Design at the Lebanese American University is currently accepting applications for a Full-Time faculty member for the Assistant/Associate Professor in Interior Design, to start in Fall 2022. The selected candidate will be appointed at the appropriate rank, depending on their teaching and research or professional experience, as well as educational degrees.
The successful applicant must possess a solid background in Interior Design and should be able to take an active role in the program. He/she should be able to teach a range of Interior Design studios from intermediate to the senior levels, and other courses related to their expertise.

Minimum Requirements
A master’s degree in interior design, in addition to a minimum of three years teaching and professional experience in the field. A PhD or PhD in progress would be preferable.
Duration of position
This position will open in Fall 2022, which starts end of August, 2022; and is renewed on a yearly basis according to university policies relating to Full-Time faculty at this rank. This position is in the tenure track, which is track reserved for faculty involved in research.
