The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the School of Engineering (located in Byblos, Lebanon) invites applicants for a full-time tenure-track faculty position in the field of Computer Engineering effective September 2022.
Candidates must have a Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering or in Electrical Engineering. Candidates with a specialization in artificial intelligence/machine learning, computer hardware and organization, reconfigurable computing, and cybersecurity are strongly encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach at both the graduate and undergraduate levels and to actively participate in research as well as to perform services to the university. The B.E. programs in Electrical and Computer Engineering at LAU are both ABET accredited.
