Dorm Life
Dorm life helps students establish strong communities and supportive relationships as they make the transition from home to university life.
From day one, the dorms offered a secure, supportive, and vibrant environment that helped me focus on what mattered most: my education and personal growth. I formed deep friendships — including with my two long-term roommates, who remain some of my closest friends today, despite us now living across the US, Europe, the Middle East.
Living steps away from campus made a real difference. I could stay up late working on my architecture models on campus, sometimes even doing overnight projects on our room’s beautiful balcony.
I had full access to campus life — and leveraged LAU tennis courts, gym and nearby mountain which are two-minute walk away to train for my marathon in Jordan but also keep myself ready ahead of any matches as part of the LAU Tennis team.
The dorm staff’s attention to safety, the sense of community, and the opportunities to connect with inspiring people from all over the world made my time at LAU truly special. Coming back ten years later, the memories still feel fresh and full of emotions.
Thank you, LAU Dorms for transforming this moment into the best five years imaginable!
I wholeheartedly recommend LAU Dorms to any student looking for an enriching, secure, and unforgettable university experience. It gave me the space and support to thrive — and it might just do the same for you. Do not hesitate to reach out would you have any questions.
