IRADA- KHOUBOURAT

KHOUBOURAT is a work force development and employment facilitation program launched by IRADA in 2018. KHOUBOURAT aims at matching job seekers with employers both in Lebanon and abroad, and to assist candidates in their curriculum vitae writing, career guidance, and skills enhancement.

KHOUBOURAT provides a full spectrum of human resources services including a dedicated search engine and a free access to member employers to its applicant pool. By the end of 2022, KHOUBOURAT succeeded in ensuring the employment for 1,099 candidates in Lebanon and abroad.
