Our Main Activities: The Company specializes in CRM with two divisions: a CRM consulting activity and a Cirrus Shield CRM software publisher activity. *Consulting*: Our teams have carried out projects in France and around the world. With highly qualified and mobile teams, we operate in Agile mode with a reduced task force capable of quickly delivering our clients’ projects, while improving user adoption rates. *Cirrus Shield*: Cirrus Shield is an innovative, easy to use CRM that can be fully customized to meet a company’s requirements. Cirrus Shield covers email marketing, full sales lifecycle and sales activity management, quotes and invoices, and customer service. It has a portals feature that can be leveraged for partners and customers. Cirrus Shield also integrates with an email server and displays emails history on contacts. Custom reports and dashboards can be created to track business KPIs.
